Equipment Function:
The device is used for welding, dusting, dimensional inspection, and unwinding/rewinding of lithium battery composite current collectors.

Operation Process:
Operators manually load the electrode roll onto the unwinding air shaft of the equipment. The device then automatically unwinds the material, with mechanisms performing real-time deviation correction and tension control during unwinding. The composite current collector undergoes welding, followed by dust removal and flattening. An online CCD line-scan system inspects the tabs and tab spacing in real time, applies NG labeling for defective products, and finally completes the process via the rewinding mechanism.
