Layout and Brief Description
Assembly line is mainly divided into three sections: Cell Processing, Module Processing, and PACK Assembly.
The Cell Processing section employs an efficient belt conveying line to seamlessly transport materials between stations, ensuring smooth operations.
Utilizing cutting-edge AGV technology, the Module Processing section ensures flawless material transport between stations, streamlining the entire process.
In the PACK Assembly section, innovative AGV systems facilitate seamless material flow between working sites, optimizing efficiency.

The main processes of the CTP assembly line include:
Gluing Station
At this pivotal station, water cooling plates are expertly glued, ensuring that the battery modules are securely affixed, providing stability and reliability.

Cell Processing Station and Stacking Station
Cells are meticulously grasped and transported for OCV testing, which scans and detects their voltage and inner resistance. Upon meeting OCV requirements, cells receive strip glue and are smoothly transferred to the stacking station, while non-compliant cells are directed to the NG station.

Insulation Station and Pole Addressing Station
At the insulation station, modules are pre-insulated to ensure operator safety. When transferred to the pole addressing station via AGV, an advanced camera system captures precise pole positioning, relaying vital data to the welding station for accurate welding.

Manual Station 1
 

At this manual station, two skilled workers diligently place busbars onto the module, preparing it for laser welding at the subsequent CCS welding station.

CCS Welding Station
 

Modules, prepped with busbars at the manual station, undergo precise welding at the CCS station, utilizing data from the pole addressing station to ensure exceptional accuracy.

Manual Station 2

At this manual station, two skilled workers diligently place busbars onto the module, preparing it for laser welding at the subsequent CCS welding station.

FPC Welding Station

In this station, precision meets technology: firstly, the jacking cylinder lifts for the camera to capture precise mark points, ensuring accurate pole positioning. Then, the cylinder descends, and the FPC is pressed for welding. Once welding completes, the three-axis resets, and the cycle seamlessly begins anew.
