Layout and Brief Description
Our cutting-edge assembly line is expertly segmented into three integral sections: Cell Processing, Module Processing, and PACK Assembly. Each section is meticulously designed to enhance efficiency and precision.
The Cell Processing Section integrates a state-of-the-art belt conveying line to seamlessly facilitate station-to-station transmission, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
The Module Processing Section is equipped with advanced AGVs to expertly manage the transmission between stations, optimizing the automation and precision of operations.
In the PACK Assembly Section, AGVs are employed to flawlessly coordinate the transmission between working sites, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of assembly processes.

The main processes of the CTP assembly line
Gluing Station
At our Gluing Station, water cooling plates undergo precise gluing to firmly secure battery modules, ensuring stability and reliability in the assembly.

Cell Processing Station and Stacking Station
During Cell Processing, each cell is delicately grasped onto the conveying belt for an OCV test, scanning for voltage and inner resistance. Cells passing the test receive strip glue application and are transferred to the Stacking Station, while non-conforming cells are directed to the NG station.

Insulation Station and Pole Addressing Station
At the Insulation Station, modules are pre-insulated to safeguard operator safety. At the Pole Addressing Station, AGVs transport modules, where high-precision cameras capture each pole's position, providing data for exact welding at the next station.

Manual Station 1

In Manual Station 1, two skilled workers strategically position busbars across the entire module, preparing it for laser welding at the subsequent CCS Welding Station.

CCS Welding Station

Modules outfitted with busbars during Manual Station 1 undergo precise welding at the CCS Welding Station, utilizing position data from the Pole Addressing Station for accuracy.

Manual Station 2

At Manual Station 2, two dedicated workers diligently place busbars onto the module, preparing it for precision laser welding at the next CCS Welding Station.

FPC Welding Station

The FPC Welding Station initiates with the jacking cylinder elevating to capture mark points, assuring pole positioning. Subsequently, the cylinder descends, allowing the indenter to press the FPC and commence welding. Upon completion, the three-axis resets, and the cycle renews.
