Key Features & Special Functions
1. Automatic Assembly: Based on the mission requirements, our battery cluster robotic loading system is able to automatically dock and pick up PACK clusters and load them into container according to the production sequence.
2. Automatic Operation: Our Equipment has the automatic positioning function, through which it can work along the designed routine and stop at the designed position, making an automatic production of the whole procedure from PACK online and offline to PACK into the containers.
3. Flexible Production: PACK cluster robot can meet the requirements of automatic loading with a certain weight (such as less than 1500 kg) and the weight can be customized based on clients' need.
4. Hoisting Function: The power lifting mechanism can adjust the moving angle like left and right, front and back.
5. Safe Obstacle Avoidance: Around the car body, there are contact-type obstacle avoidance sensors to provide 360° protection with the robot. Once any one of two obstacle avoidance methods has been triggered (laser-avoid type & Trigger type), the car will stop immediately to ensure the safety of operation.
6. Free Combination: Our equipment is compatible with 1P52S and 1P104S energy storage PACK and can be changed flexibly; The moving car can be completely automatic, semi-automatic or manual and the cabinet entry mechanism can also be adjusted to these three modes according to different requirements.
