Layout and Brief Description
Our state-of-the-art assembly line is strategically segmented into three distinct sections: Cell processing section, Module processing section, and PACK assembly section, each designed to optimize efficiency and precision.
In the Cell processing section, innovative belt conveying lines are employed to ensure seamless and efficient transmission between stations, enhancing productivity and reducing downtime.
The Module processing section leverages cutting-edge AGV technology to facilitate the smooth transmission between stations, ensuring a streamlined and highly efficient operation.
Utilizing advanced AGV solutions, the PACK assembly section guarantees flawless transmission between working sites, optimizing workflow and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

The main processes of the CTP assembly line are meticulously designed to ensure superior performance and reliability.
Gluing Station
At the Gluing Station, water cooling plates are expertly glued to secure the battery modules, ensuring robust stability and optimal performance.

Cell Processing Station and Stacking Station
At the Cell Processing Station, each cell undergoes an OCV test to meticulously scan and detect voltage and inner resistance. Cells meeting the stringent requirements are precisely strip-glued and meticulously transferred to the Stacking Station, while NG cells are efficiently rerouted to the NG station.

Insulation Station and Pole Addressing Station
At the Insulation Station, modules are pre-emptively insulated to ensure the utmost safety for operators. When modules transition to the Pole Addressing Station via AGV, high-precision cameras capture detailed images of each pole's position, providing critical data for pinpoint-accurate welding at subsequent stations.

Manual Station 1
 

At Manual Station 1, skilled workers meticulously place busbars onto the module, preparing it for precise laser welding at the subsequent CCS Welding Station.

CCS Welding Station
 

At the CCS Welding Station, modules with pre-placed busbars undergo precision welding, utilizing accurate position data from the Pole Addressing Station to ensure flawless connections.

Manual Station 2

At Manual Station 2, experienced workers carefully position busbars onto the full module, ensuring readiness for meticulous laser welding at the following CCS Welding Station.

FPC Welding Station

The FPC Welding Station initiates with the jacking cylinder lifting for camera precision marking, followed by cylinder pressing for FPC indenting. Welding commences with precision, and upon completion, the system resets, seamlessly transitioning to the next cycle.
