Product Introduction

This is a semi-auto battery PACK assembly line for 314Ah prismatic battery cells, which could help you assemble battery cells to whole PACKs for EV & BESS application. According to customers factory space limitation, for space saving, we designed a U-shape layout for them. The whole line could be divided into 3 parts — cell processing part, module processing part and PACK processing part. Cell processing station, cell stacking station and welding station are all key stations. For good quality, leakage test stations for bottom plate & whole PACK are also included. In addition, EOL test and charging & discharging test station are equipped based on customer's requirements.

Features

1. Space Utilization: U-shaped layout optimizes the space of factory utilization, saving up to 30% of floor space while improving workflow continuity and reducing material handling time.

2. Quality ensure: Besides manual inspection stations, test stations including leakage test and EOL test are equipped for good PACK quality. 

3. Accurate Welding: The polarity data from cell terminal addressing station will be transferred to welding station so that the welding result can be guaranteed. In addition, we designed a manual inspection station to inspect the result for double check.
