Our state-of-the-art assembly line is meticulously organized into three primary sections: the Cell Processing Section, the Module Processing Section, and the PACK Assembly Section. Each segment is engineered for peak efficiency and seamless integration.
In the Cell Processing Section, a sophisticated belt conveying line is used to ensure smooth and efficient transport between stations, enhancing workflow efficiency and minimizing downtime.
The Module Processing Section features cutting-edge AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) technology to seamlessly manage the transmission between stations, ensuring precision and efficiency in every move.
The PACK Assembly Section also utilizes advanced AGV technology, expertly handling the transition of components between working sites with unparalleled accuracy.

The Main Processes of the Cutting-Edge CTP Assembly Line
Gluing Station
At this crucial station, water cooling plates undergo precise gluing to securely affix battery modules, ensuring stability and optimal performance.

Cell Processing Station and Stacking Station
Cells are meticulously grasped onto the conveying belt for the OCV test, scanning and detecting voltage and internal resistance with precision. Cells that meet OCV standards are expertly strip-glued and transferred to the stacking station, while non-compliant cells are directed to the NG station.

Insulation Station and Pole Addressing Station
In the Insulation Station, modules are pre-insulated to ensure operator safety. As they proceed to the Pole Addressing Station via AGV, an advanced camera captures precise pole positions, providing vital data for precision welding at the Welding Station.

Manual Station 1
 

At this station, two skilled workers carefully position busbars onto the complete module, preparing them for precise laser welding at the subsequent CCS Welding Station.

CCS Welding Station
 

Modules equipped with busbars from the Manual Station are expertly welded at the CCS Welding Station, utilizing precise data from the Pole Addressing Station to ensure perfect alignment and integrity.

Manual Station 2

At this station, two workers diligently place busbars onto the complete module, readying them for precision laser welding at the following CCS Welding Station.

FPC Welding Station

This station employs a meticulous three-step process: first, the jacking cylinder elevates to allow precise camera alignment with mark points. Next, the cylinder descends, enabling the indenter to press the FPC securely. Finally, welding commences, followed by a three-axis reset, and the cycle repeats with flawless efficiency.
